- As the Service Manager, you’ll drive your team's performance, set clear strategic goals, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Leading a team of 8 leaders, you’ll focus on change management, operational excellence, collaboration, and transparency. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to work from one of our offices in either Newcastle, Cannon Hill, Ballarat, Melbourne or Adelaide.- Mentor and coach leaders and teams to achieve operational excellence- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture- Oversee performance plans, reviews, and development for team members- Provide leadership support for issue resolution and workplace matters- Manage grievances and performance-related issues effectively- Deliver insights on automation and optimisation opportunities- Drive strategic participant and employee experience initiatives

- You’re a dynamic leader with proven experience in operations and change management, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to influence and challenge the status quo effectively. With expertise in leadership development, workforce optimisation, you excel at driving strategic initiatives.- Previous experience in the Disability sector is an advantage
