Hays have recently partnered with commercial, residential and industrial and educational facilities across the region to support their site operations and ongoing growth within the booming property and facilities management space. We are looking for individuals who have knowledge and experience of building and safety management, WHS knowledge and enjoy a workplace where know two days are the same.

**Your New Role**:
***
As a Facility/Building Manager you are responsible for the coordinating the strategic and operational management of a particular building. This includes but is not limited to:

- Leading and managing a team and external subcontractors when required.
- Inputting maintenance and reporting data.
- Supporting works currently taking place on site.
- Manage the maintenance schedule (including preventative and reactive works).
- Creation of work orders, organising contractors and verifying invoices.
- Engaging with external and internal stakeholders when required.

**What You'll Need To Succeed**:

- Strong knowledge of WH&S policies and protocols.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Trade Qualification with relevant work experience.
- Ability to use facilities management systems such as SAP or other ERP systems.
- Valid Drivers License & White Card.
- Experience managing facilities and/or construction and maintenance of building and property.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) - Educational Sites.
