At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role will be within our Metering team, you'll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.

Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.

What will you be doing?

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in our Energy business? This role is hybrid with our office based in Newcastle.

We're hiring an Insights, Pricing and Invoicing Lead to oversee accurate, timely invoicing and pricing across our Energy and Water customers. You'll drive efficiency, improve reporting and scripting, and ensure governance of pricing portals. You'll coach the team in SQL and Power BI, support audits, and lead on pricing documentation and validation processes. Collaborating with CRMs, Finance, Commercial and SLT, you'll help maintain frameworks that enable revenue generation. You'll also support data analysis and may deputise for the Invoicing, Reporting and Digital Manager.
