About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual with demonstrated prowess in Asset Finance (Sales, Broker, vendor or direct) to build and grow the Asset Finance Broking business for Elders.

This is an exciting new, permanent full-time role with huge potential for growth and development available for the successful applicant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture pre-qualified leads to establish and expand the Elders client base in Asset Finance
- Leverage your financial expertise to develop a comprehensive understanding of Elder’s client's financial goals and asset financing requirements.
- Use your existing knowledge in the lender industry to compile car and other personal asset loans.
- Help build the Asset Finance function for Elders nationally.

About You
- Minimum 2 years asset finance / Commercial lending experience
- Minimum Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and external stakeholders
- Ability to complete all transactions compliantly, ethically and have an eye for detail to ensure lending obligations are being met
- Ability to negotiate and influence along with strong objection handling skills and creative thinking
- Maintain and develop client relationships while also identifying future finance and other related product opportunities
