**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the creation and maintenance of the IAG Cyber business strategy including our assessment of Cyber maturity
- Manage the Cyber & Protective Services (CPS) Architecture Authority
- Design, develop and implement the Cyber enterprise architecture which outlines the broad technical direction for Cyber.
- Develop, implement, and maintain documentation for current state for all security domains.
- Contribute to broader business case development for investment in new security services.
- Provide strategic advice to the Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance team and other stakeholders on requested security exemptions and impact on risk.
- Partner with the broader Technology architecture community to ensure alignment with non-security domains.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the security strategic planning processes and provide direction where improvements are required
- Maintain strategic partnerships with our major Cyber partners to ensure they are aligned with the strategy.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the Group IAG Cyber security strategy aligns with and supports the broader IAG Group Strategy.
- Monitor the market to identify new and emerging technologies, opportunities, and threats from a security perspective
- Build up our existing internal Cyber consulting function which provides advice for non-project related activities including support for M&A, due diligence activities etc to also include provision of strategic advice and options
- Explore and develop opportunities to generate new innovative commercial opportunities from cyber security investments and partnerships. Includes working with the S&I innovation teams and FireMark.
- Represent IAG from a Cyber capacity in various internal, industry and government Strategy related forums.

**Skills & Experience**
- 15+ years technology management with proven executive leadership expertise
- Proven experience in leading information security professionals
- Establishing and maintaining effective governance processes
- Establishing and maintaining security architecture practices
- Ability to set strategy and adjust course as needed
- Ability to build relationships with Government, Academia and Regulatory bodies
- Demonstrated vendor management, cross-cultural listening skills with strong influencing and negotiation experience
- Cyber Risk Management experience
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with ambiguity and responding to change
- Demonstrated experience working with and advising senior stakeholders
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent verbal reasoning and influencing abilities
- You will be able to showcase your ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively to deliver key objectives
- Previous experience driving process transformation through technology delivery although we are not expecting you to be a technical expert
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline couple with extensive business-related experience
