**About the Role**
You being the architectural authority across Technology strategy, roadmaps and solutions delivered in ongoing product development and project delivery, you will provide thought-leadership on the technologies, tools and processes across Scentre Group. You will be accountable for continuously improve Technology Strategy and Innovation

**Your responsibilities are to-**
- Lead and transform the provisioning of Architecture services, in support of: Business planning, Technology Strategy and Project delivery.
- Design and deliver and well-formed program of work that supports strategy, governance and innovation.
- Ensuring that the technology choices made by squads align with the strategic architecture agreed with the Architecture team
- Support the recruitment, talent-pipeline and professional development processes for engineers
- Proactively resolving structural, cultural, process and organisational issues both within and outside of the team
- Be a conduit between Cyber Security, Program Management, Digital and Enterprise capabilities, providing the guide rails and processes

- Ability to understand problems at both a macro and micro level and design processes and technology that solve them
- Articulate solutions and blueprints from executive to implementation level
- Mentor / coach the next generation of architecture
- Working knowledge of traditional architecture skills along with emerging skills like design thinking
- Ability to communicate strategy through data gathering and insight synthesis
- Technical understanding of cloud, digital and enterprise space
