**About the Role**

Join our successful sales team in Hoppers Crossing, VIC. In this fast paced role, you will be focusing on day-to-day sales and operations of the store. You’ll play a critical role in representing the Dulux brand whilst leading an enthusiastic team to drive sales and build relationships. The Hoppers Crossing store is a large format store with a heavy trade focus. It sets itself apart from other stores by having a Dulux Service Centre within in.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Displaying expert leadership and sales drive within your team
- Strong customer service focus, particularly on stock availability/invoice accuracy
- Full responsibility for P/L and inventory management
- Maintaining and ordering stock
- Store opening and closing, and managing rosters and leaves

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar sales/leader role, FMCG, big box retail experience highly regarded
- Clear communication and the ability to build strong relationships with the team and customers alike
- A passion for customer service and developing new business
- A solid understanding of P/L and inventory management
