**The opportunity**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team.
In this role you will coordinate the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the store targets. Some of your duties will include;
Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.
Perform vehicle repairs as required.
This opportunity will allow you to take the next step in your career, building your management skills whilst working with quality people and products.
This is a full time role based at our Hoppers Crossing store.

**What you will bring to the team**:
Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical - Light Vehicle).
Current, Full Drivers Licence
Demonstrative experience in automotive suspension repairs, components, and operation.
Experience in leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills.
