You’ve got a real instinct for sales. So bring your entrepreneurial drive to the hustle and bustle of managing a Spotlight store. From creating profit-maximising strategies to keeping your team motivated, it’s all your call when you’re a Spotlight Store Manager.
Our culture is very much hands-on, so you’ll lead with passion and encourage your team to contribute their ideas on how to improve business and build a great customer-focussed environment. In addition to this you’ll raise the bar every day on:

- Customer service
- Sales & financial performance
- Merchandising
- Stock management.

Ours is a challenging environment, where you’ll need to be an effective communicator who’s resourceful, resilient and able to make good judgement calls. Specifically you’ll have:

- Extensive retail sales and customer service experience
- Experience in a team leadership role
- Demonstrated business management success
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
