**Swan Street Vet are seeking a Full-time Practice Manager**
Swan Street Vet is a highly regarded veterinary clinic offering gold standard veterinary care to the Richmond community and surrounding suburbs. It is one of the few ASAV Accredited Veterinary Hospitals in the area and has just been reaccredited this year. You will be working in close partnership with our lead veterinarian (who has twenty years' experience in the industry) to ensure that the clinic continues to provide only the highest quality of veterinary care, whilst also prioritising staff wellbeing and a dynamic and supportive workplace. You will have the opportunity to work in a purpose-built clinic with an amazing, passionate team

Perhaps you're an experienced veterinary nurse who is looking to step up into a management role or you may have previous management experience outside of the veterinary industry?
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting and coaching the team
- Ensuring smooth day to day running of the practice
- Stock management, rostering, and other practice administration tasks
- Managing business financials such as budgeting and P & L reporting
- Identifying staff training needs
- Providing exceptional customer service and care to all clients and patients
- Growth mindset and the development of new business to business opportunities

**The skills you will **require**:
**Essential**
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Desire to lead, engage and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
- Good business acumen
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
**Desirable** (but not essential)**
- Experience in the veterinary/or medical industry or management experience outside of the veterinary industry
- Cert IV in Vet nursing or equivalent
- Management/business qualifications
