**About the Opportunity**

As a Client Services professional at our Victor Harbor Wellness site, you'll provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, booking appointments, and supporting clients who engage with ECH services. The role involves efficiently handling internal and external queries, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to improved service delivery. Join us in this fulfilling opportunity to build relationships with and enhance our clients’ wellness journey.

**About You**

You have experience in an administrative client-facing role and a friendly, welcoming demeanour.

You are capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.

You are comfortable in front of a computer and IT systems.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
