Wellify Group is the parent company of our two trusted and award-winning brands; Wellify Facility Services and Wellify Property Care. Together, we deliver cleaning, exterior cleaning, and garden maintenance nation-wide, strategically split to meet the unique needs of both commercial and residential clients

We are seeking a dedicated Feild Support Coordinator to oversee our commercial and residential contracts within our Gardens and External Cleaning divisions across South Australia - This role does not need the industry experiance as it's more admin based. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service quality and managing schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**

Operations Management:

- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and service delivery timelines.
- Manage service requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Collaborate with team and field staff to maintain efficiency and address operational challenges.

Client Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and service concerns promptly.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering requirements and ensuring smooth transitions into Wellify’s services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, service schedules, and team assignments.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
- Assist management with ad-hoc admin duties.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations and/or admin roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
