We are looking for a dedicated Catering Coordinator to join our Sydney studio and to enjoy the unique environment that the film industry has to offer

The Catering Coordinator position reports to the Studio Manager and supports the Catering function at the studio by liaising with caterers and suppliers, washing dishes, keeping supplies stocked and monitored, and service areas clean and tidy.

**What you'll get to do**:

- Respond to business and client requests for catering services
- Ensure food delivery is set up and on schedule
- Order and keep supplies adequately stocked
- Bring in deliveries and verify against invoices/orders
- Keep Studio Manager aware of any problems or dangers in the kitchens and service areas
- Coordinate clean up daily including cleaning surfaces and floors as necessary; washing crockery, cutlery, and glassware
- Always adhere to safety procedures and kitchen protocols

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in catering and/or hospitality
- Food Safety Certificate
- High level of cleanliness and hygiene experience
- Understanding of standard catering and cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of work health and safety practices
- Ability to work unsupervised as a catering coordinator
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to lift over 10kg
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and friendliness
