**The opportunity**:
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Catering Coordinator to join our CBD team.

This is a corporate role, where you will deliver first class hospitality service to our clients, managing everything from meeting room management and setup, greeting clients, coffees/teas, through to assisting with organisation and catering for internal and external events.

You will be highly organised, welcoming, and professional with a passion for providing exceptional service to anyone that enters the William Buck office.

If you love cooking, this role will allow you to show off those chef skills (and we’ll be happy taste testers), but if not, you will eagerly source a variety of exceptional food for our clients and colleagues.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy and ability to engage with corporate professionalism is a must
- Outstanding personnel presentation with an approachable personality
