- Support reactive and scheduled maintenance across tenanted areas and equipment.

This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to shape the workplace experience for over 1,000 employees and be part of a team that values collaboration, care, and continuous improvement.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- A people person with strong leadership and coordination skills.
- A confident communicator who builds relationships and handles challenges with ease.
- Experience in facilities management, office support, or events is great—but we also value backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
- Holds a valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel across QLD offices.
- Committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and WSP’s operational standards.
- A self-starter who’s ready to take initiative and lead with heart
- Experience in large organisations is a plus
