Brisbane, Australia The Solar Company Full time

With the massive influx of inquiries due to the energy crisis across Australia, we are looking for vibrant Appointment Setters with previous experience to join our team. The successful applicants will be engaging with potential customers, both new and existing, to set a time to speak with a Solar Specialist so we can assist them in reducing their rising energy costs. KPI Bonuses will be on offer for high performers. Full training will be provided at a location in the Sunnybank area, after which you will be working from your own home.

You will need to have:

- an outgoing personality with the ability to think on the fly
- excellent phone manner
- ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English
- skills in building rapport with customers quickly and handling objections
- **a minimum of 2 years** Appointment Setting/Call Centre Experience
- a drive to meet KPIs
- the ability to work autonomously
- fast learning capabilities with a CRM, or experience in using Pipedrive
- Transport to the Sunnybank area for training

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $27.03 per hour
