About the role
You'll also be on hand to provide support for sales as and when required.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate familiarity with all Navico Group consumer range of products.
- Provide technical phone support to end users, dealers, and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate data records for fault analysis.
- Identify and report any regularly occurring issues.
- Manage workflow to meet customer demands and timelines.
- Build and maintain credible and trusted working relationships with our dealers.
- Work closely with our dealers and end users to provide quality phone support, troubleshooting and field recommendations.
- Attend boat shows and promotional events to aid in sales and field technical support when necessary.
- Attend training and be proactive with self-learning on a continuous basis (due to the ever-changing nature of the market and products).
You Bring
A passion for delivering an outstanding level of service support to our customers. You are the consummate professional and bring enthusiasm, maturity, a strong work ethic and an effervescent personality. You have proven phone based service support experience ideally from within the electronics and/or marine industry. In addition, you will have:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Call centre ‘tech type” support experience
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technology
- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of motivation and commitment and keen desire to impart your knowledge to others.
