**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Coordinator to join our EO (Explosive Ordnance) Services team. This role is responsible for coordinating the efficient operation of the EO Depot Orchard Hills Distribution functions in alignment with the Contract Statement of Work and Performance Management Framework.

- Ensure that EO (Explosive Ordnance) Transport operations are conducted in accordance with the regulatory requirements of Commonwealth
- Coordinate Depot transport tasks to meet customer requirements and wholesale distribution
- Ensure the serviceability of and manage the Thales Australia vehicle fleet
- Participate in the development and implementation of local procedures for the conduct of EO operations
- Ensure that demands, receipts and returns are processed
- Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of relevant reports and documentation
- Always watch out for others, maintain awareness of and strive to achieve the companies health and safety goals and objectives

**How About You?**
- Demonstrated experience in logistics and/or storage and distribution
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- Previous experience in team leadership & intermediate PC literacy skills
- Previous experience within a Defence, Dangerous Good and/or Logistics environment would be a real bonus

**Good to Know**

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.

Prior to offer you’ll complete a pre-employment police and medical.
