**Stakeholder Case Manager **to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the General Manager Access & Approvals**, the purpose of this position is to resolve critical stakeholder issues in order to deliver on Arrow’s coexistence commitments to landholders and to deliver access for the Surat Gas Project.

This is a
**Brisbane or Dalby based position** and will require occasional travel to/from our field operations as required.

**In addition you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Accountable for the relationship management of selected Surat Basin landholders.
- Steer the investigation and resolution of complaints and incidents related to key external stakeholders and issues.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans associated with allocated landholders.
- Engage external consultants where required to provide technical and regulatory advice as required.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- University Degree or relevant professional qualification (such as Law, Business, Engineering or Agriculture)
- Ability to work self-directed, making tactical choices in the context of strategic purposes
- Demonstrable experience in: Incident investigation, complex negotiations and conflict resolution
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative frameworks.
