We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.
**Job Description**:
An exceptional opportunity exists for a Case Manager to join our Toll Transitions team based in Brisbane. This position will work closely with multiple Defence families and internal/external providers to ensure seamless relocation services across the nation from start to finish.
Possessing a passion for customer service, you will be the central point of contact for your members’ enquiries. You will manage and facilitate removal services, travel and accommodation bookings and the associated allowance/entitlements. With a stable long-term team, you will contribute to a positive, dynamic and growth-driven team culture where hybrid work arrangements are offered and team bonding activities are celebrated.
As a Case Manager, you will:
- Deliver a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution
- Manage a high caseload of ADF members & ensure members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle
- Co-ordinate third party suppliers and vendors who provide accommodation, travel, housing, and removal services to members
- Ensure all deliverables are met within timeframes, striving for continuous quality outcomes
- Contribute to overall continuous improvement activities, accomplishments, projected activities and business case requirements
**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a similar role
- Caseload or claims management experience
- Experience working in Insurance or Travel Industry would be advantageous
- The ability to interpret policy, legislation & make informed decisions
- A strong work ethic, stakeholder engagement, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously but also within a team
- Intermediate MS Office/computer skills
