Hiring: Part-Time Functional Consultant / Business Analyst (Education Domain)

Engagement:
 2–3 days per week | Hybrid / Remote ( for 6 months)

Simplok is looking for a 
Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
 with strong experience in the
education sector
 to support an
AI-driven initiative
for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with uni/college stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
  • Analyse existing processes around program approval, curriculum design, and market feasibility.
  • Define business rules and data needs across key feasibility dimensions such as 
    Strategic Alignment, Market Viability, Student Experience, Capability to Deliver
    , etc.
  • Work with the technical team to translate business logic into AI features and datasets.
  • Support workshops, documentation, and UAT during the discovery and delivery phases.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in 
    higher education
     operations and analytics.
  • Proven experience as a 
    Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
     in digital transformation or AI-related projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with education data sources (e.g., CRICOS, TEQSA, QILT, ABS, Jobs & Skills Atlas, UAC) is a must
  • Experience with AI, data integration, or Microsoft Azure projects will be an advantage.
