Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant

We're seeking an experienced
Salesforce Functional Consultant
to join our Salesforce practice. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you'll partner with clients to understand their strategic goals, design and deliver fit-for-purpose Salesforce solutions, and create real business value.

As part of our Salesforce practice, you will:

  • Engage clients:
    Lead discussions and workshops to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design & deliver solutions:
    Configure, implement, and support Salesforce capabilities aligned to best practices.
  • Drive business analysis:
    Gather requirements, run workshops, and document current/future state processes.
  • Support presales & proposals:
    Contribute to bids, solution walkthroughs, and client presentations.
  • Manage stakeholders:
    Set expectations around scope, timelines, and budgets while keeping communications clear and simple.
  • Lead & mentor:
    Guide team members, provide governance, and foster collaboration throughout delivery.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
  • At least one Salesforce certification (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or Utilities Cloud).
  • Experience in at least two full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.
