Your goal as receptionist
To make the clients’ experiences exceptional by providing fabulous service and supporting the therapists.
Tasks
In your daily work, you will...
- greet and interact with clients and families
- answer phone calls
- make bookings for therapists
- keep the clinic clean and tidy
- take payments on the EFTPOS machine
- send out invoices
- perform other admin duties as needed
**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who...
- is fun, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
- is passionate about working with children and young adults, particularly those with disabilities
- is experienced with and/or eager to learn about using Client Management Software
- has a Working With Children's Check or is willing to get one
- is willing to get a Victorian Police Check
- has rights to work in Australia
- has proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- we would particularly love to hear from people with diverse cultural, linguistic, and gender identities
