We're looking for people who dream big and want to be part of creating meaningful change in our community.
About The Opportunity
In this rewarding role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of parenting support across our municipality, helping families feel connected, confident, and supported through every stage of early childhood.
We currently have two exciting opportunities available within our Universal Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and Enhanced MCH teams. These roles offer a dynamic blend of responsibilities and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

The Enhanced FSPP role will also include collaborating with other team members in the program, including MCHN's and allied health professionals.
There may be opportunities to work in either or both Universal and Enhanced MCH teams in the role.
You'll be welcomed into a passionate and multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, inclusion, and shared purpose. Together, we create safe, empowering spaces where families can grow, connect, and flourish.
You will make an impact by
