We are seeking a **Contract Manager** to support the Cleaning team in our mobilisations for Prisons and Youth Justice Systems across Victoria.

The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for their assigned Client Services Contracts / Sector, including the effective operational and financial management of the business while managing client relationships, safety, environmental, productivity and quality in order to achieve contract performance.

This is a full-time role based at Cremorne Head Office however frequent travel will be required across our 6 plus sites.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage and monitor all operational aspects of the cleaning services contract within the allocated sector in accordance with contract deliverables.
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of services within each area of operation in order to achieve contractual KPI’s.
- Manage the cost drivers and ensure financial viability of the contract across all areas.
- Manage variations and conduct regular review of site hours.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and liaise with client representatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to all contract staff and promote a cohesive and sustainable team environment.
- Responsibility for the Contract in relation to obligations for OH&S, Quality, Environment, HR, and Equal Employment statutory and legislative requirements. Undertake high level audits of field operations (Safety, Quality, Environment, Statutory Obligations, Customer Service).
- Identify and implement training and development in line with business plans and commercial requirements.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated contract management experience in the cleaning environments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large volume workforces.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasking and time, and to deliver a value for money seamless service to the Client.
- Demonstrated decision making abilities combined with a developed level of innovative thinking.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills relevant to position.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

You must be able to pass an Australian Federal Police Check and Medical Pre-Employment Checks as required by the contract, as well as hold a current Working with Childrens Check and Driver’s License.
