Contract Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new client contracts, including arranging execution and exchange of each contract.
  • Maintaining, reviewing and updating existing client contracts to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Planning and undertaking administration of contracts, covering Service Agreements, Building Agreements, Maintenance Contracts and Subcontract Agreements.

Liaising with Clients and Stakeholders:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact between our company and clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of contractual matters.
  • Overseeing proposal planning and administration of contracts, evaluating performance and addressing inquiries from third parties.
  • Collaborating with the Director and clients to resolve requests and queries promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing contract procurement, negotiation, performance, costs and variations.
  • Preparing reports on contract management and administration.
  • Ensuring signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties for visibility and implementation support.
  • Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in line with company policy.
