**About the role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service driven individual to join the team on a full time basis as an Export Operator.
- Airfreight and Seafreight job planning, registration and data entry
- Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, depots, transport companies etc.
- Communicating with clients and overseas agents
- Qualifying, accruing & processing invoices
- Lodgment of EDNs, CRNs, PRAs and Quarantine Documents
- Managing and developing relationships with assigned key customers and relevant contacts within the business
- Other duties as directed

**The successful applicant should demonstrate;**
- At least two (2) years’ experience in international freight forwarding.
- Stability and an interest in a long term position
- Export Operator experience
- Professional attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Good time management
- Knowledge and use of CargoWise
