The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking a HCM Project Data Analyst to provide a critical role in People Safety and Culture.

**About the role**

HCM Project Data Analyst is responsible for managing complex data sets to assist with data transformation to support the delivery of the new SAP SuccessFactors instance VicGov People. This role will also focus on cleansing and preparing data from multiple legacy systems for departments new HR platforms. It will be key to significantly improving HR data quality for the department.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong experience in extracting and cleaning HR data
- Strong experience in data transformation
- Strong experience in data migration projects

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with SuccessFactors, chris21 or other HR platforms is desirable.
- Extensive experience working with multiple complex data sets is desirable.

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
