Company Description

**Job Description**:
New opportunity for a **Sourcing & Category Manager** to join Toll’s Group Procurement team, where you will drive the delivery of sourcing and category management activities within Indirect Spend.

Reporting into the Procurement Lead, you will be a self-starter who can work autonomously and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and manage remote relationships.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Development, management and delivery of an annual sourcing and category indirect management plan for the Group Procurement team.
- Development of annual and future Procurement budgets and delivery of savings targets for the spend categories.
- Negotiation and implementation of arrangements with suppliers that provide maximum value for Toll in the selection of preferred supplier agreements.
- Ensure any sourcing activity performed follows Toll’s processes and delivers a transparent and effective sourcing process.
- Support the establishment of Indirect Spend strategy.
- Ongoing management of supplier relationships, ensuring any obligations and requirements agreed in commercial arrangements are being measured and managed on behalf of Toll
- Lead projects

**Qualifications**:
As the **Sourcing and Category Manager**, you will possess:

- Ability to document and present options and recommendations to support supplier selection decisions
- Strong analytical skills and preparation of meaningful reports based on data.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
- Outcomes focused with a strong business acumen and customer centric approach.
- Undergraduate tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline preferred (e.g. B. Bus)
- Professional membership of relevant associations (e.g. CIPS)
