An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to work in one of the city's leading luxury hotels in the heart of Sydney.
As the Assistant Front Office Manager you are responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk, Reception and Guest Relations along side our Front Office Manager and Executive Assistant Manager of Operations. You will provide collaborative support to Horizon Executive Lounge, Bell Services and Valet Parking, ensuring that the highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction are achieved whilst maximizing rooms and other related revenue.
**About You**:
Strong background in Front Office management in a luxury hotel
Proficient in use of Opera and property management systems
Friendly, open and able to build and maintain, and professional presentations skills to create lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
Be a strong confident leader
Inspires others to be their best self, and is an ambassador of the Shangri-La brand
