**About the role**

As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with our customers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strive to achieve weekly sales targets
- Demonstrate products and present product knowledge in store and at our customers homes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries

**We are looking for sales consultants across our divisions**:

- **Sales experience is helpful but not a necessary.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers is needed.**:

- **All training on products and industry standards relating to installation is provided.**:

- **A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service is what we are after.**:

- **As we are a retail business you MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS but a flexible roster that works with you needs can be met.**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
