**The Role**: Due to rapid growth and expansion we are looking for a rockstar operations manager to step into the business on a permanent full time basis and lead our operations to help us scale and deliver the highest quality products and service to our diverse customer base. As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the everyday operations of EVSE Australia by bringing together and optimising the various business departments to achieve our mission and hit our financial KPI's.

Reporting to the directors, this position is a key role on the executive team. You will draw on your previous experience managing programs and general operations while overseeing and managing all aspects of our service delivery, including:

- Design, implement and document processes within the business
- Design and refine the customer journey to ensure it is seamless
- Work with department leaders to ensure efficient workflows
- Monitor and improve internal systems and processes
- Implement new systems where required to facilitate growth and scale
- Responsibility for day to day operations of the business
- HR and recruitment of the teams
- Implement new interstate office/warehouse locations

What we need from you:

- A friendly, informal and consultative style when working with others
- A proven record of building service focused teams
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- The ability to support and drive change
- A get the job done mentality
- 3+ Years Experience
- Great communication skills
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems (DEAR Systems Preferred)
- Experience working in a start up/scale up environment
- Track record of success
- Ability to work towards a deadline
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Interest in electric vehicles and sustainability

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
