**About the role**

As a Risk Analyst, you'll be a key player in our Governance and Reporting team. Your mission? To ensure we have rock-solid governance practices for our Beam Clearing House, Australian Retirement Trust Clearing House, and other employer service platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to keep us compliant, mitigate risks, and boost our governance efficiency.

Day to day, you'll:

- Be at the helm of a high-performing Business Unit, fostering a customer-centric and improvement-focused culture.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to align our governance practices with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Regularly evaluate our governance controls, spot areas for improvement, and drive audit analytics and trend analysis.
- Craft stellar reports for management, Boards, and Committees.
- Join forces with Finance, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure seamless governance reporting.
- Handle internal governance reporting with our software partners.
- Maintain clear, engaging governance communications and policies for all stakeholders.
- Address any governance deficiencies or non-compliance issues with effective remediation plans.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends in governance practices within the financial services industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling reports and presentations on governance-related matters to senior management.

- You’ve got strong superannuation experience and know the ins and outs of financial services legislation.

- You can make sound judgments with mínimal supervision and handle sensitive, confidential matters with integrity.
