Role purpose The ATM/ Inventory role will drive gross profit margin through effective management of inventory across all stores and ATM network. It is an integral role to the success of cash movements ensure correct volumes of local and foreign currencies are maintained to service customer demands in line with daily ratio targets.re maintained. The role will work closely with the Retail team, local Airport teams, along with assisting the Digital team in the deployment of ATMs and new stores opening within the agreed project plan and timescales.

Key accountabilities
- Manage inventory (Airport) - ordering, checking, recycling and moving cash into tills and ATMs
- Manage inventory (Off - Airport) - checking, and guiding SC’s in store
- Oversee all inventory operations
- Plan and take action to minimise waste and cost
- Adhere to Travelex branding and store guidelines
- Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures and coach staff on operating disciplines - adherence to Company and location policy and procedures, including ATMs, Audit, Risk, Health & Safety, Security and Retail requirements
- Undertake Company training within required timescales
- Capture and communicate local competitor insight
- Drive exceptional customer service
- Operations management including cash replenishment, first line maintenance, and co-ordination support for external technicians.
- Manage the Help Desk escalations and provide timely update on rectifying issues.
- Drive ATM targets & cost efficiency
- Maintain the ATM appearance with adherence to Travelex branding and ATM guidelines
- Ability to work in a cohesive team, including leaders, Inventory specialists and local sales consultants.
- Project Management of the ATM installations, removals and/or relocations. Including the completion of airport access and work permits.
- Providing regular updates to the Area Leader on ATM performance
- Tracking progress of all activities and actions from weekly ATM project team meetings
- Coordinating with internal and external departments to ensure roll outs of ATM’s are smooth and relevant processes are in place\
- Ensuring that any ATM project is delivered on time and within budget.
