We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Officer with experience in SAP HANA to assist our client in managing their inventory systems and processes efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the SAP HANA inventory module, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate inventory movements with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Generate, analyse, and report on inventory data to support strategic decision-making.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Implement best practices in inventory management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the integration of new technologies and processes within the SAP HANA environment.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on SAP HANA inventory functionalities.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (highly regarded) and/or extensive relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management within the mining or manufacturing sector, highly regarded
- Proficiency in SAP HANA, specifically in the inventory management module (essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
