Permanent, full-time role
- Salary Range $77,000 + salary packaging tax savings approx $5000/yr

Our rostering team is based at our modern head offices in the Brisbane CBD, 5 minutes from Central Rail Station. We work in a busy, time critical environment where short notice to back-fill shifts is the norm. This is where your skills, under pressure, organising shift cover to maintain client service quality will be highly valued

**_ Work Pattern - 2 options_**

**_ Option 1_**
- 8 day fortnight_
- 10 hr shift with 30 minute unpaid lunch break_
- Earliest Start 5am, latest finish 10pm_
- Work alternate weekends_

**_ Option 2_**
- Monday to Friday only_

**Responsibilities include**:

- Roster support workers and back fill shifts for unplanned/planned leave
- Build and maintain knowledge of agreement, policies and procedures
- Communicate shift changes and escalate roster-related people matters
- Establish and maintain data in the rostering system

**To be considered**:

- Experience and skill maintaining a roster of staff
- Ability to remain calm under pressure to find a solution
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Great team player; ultimately self-motivated and reliant
- Good computer skills; ability to pick up systems quickly
- Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS clearance required to start
- Full COVID-19 vaccination
