**The Role**

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
- Actively participate in reward and recognition programs for team output productivity achievements
- Drive Rooms and Public Areas guest satisfaction across all outlets empowering our collaborators to provide service beyond our guests expectations
- Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas
- Ensure collaborators are following safe equipment systems, using PPE when handling cleaning chemicals and ensure material safety data sheets (MDS) are accessible
- Collaborate closely with Front Office and all other areas of the hotel
- Assist in on-the-job department training to ensure all collaborators meet our high service standard
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of our hotel
- Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures

**Your many talents will include**:

- Proven experience in a Supervisory role in hotel housekeeping at a 5star level
- Confident and fair leadership skills and a natural flair to motivate others
- A passion for developing your team skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with a guest service focus
- Your attention to detail is second to none
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work and make decisions during challenging times
- You identify with our values #brave and #bold
