Our Hotel is currently looking for an enthusiastic and confident Housekeeping & Caretaking Supervisor, to join our friendly and professional team.

As the Housekeeping & Caretaking Supervisor, you will lead the department, inspiring and developing your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead by example ensuring a positive guest experience through the provision of professionally presented facilities.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Ensure high standards of organisation and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with the day-to-day management and operation of the housekeeping and maintenance department.
- Be hands on and have the ability to multitask.
- Assist with maintaining stock control and supplies inventory.
- Have experience working within an accommodation-based business in housekeeping or cleaning capacity in a Supervisory role.
- Have a strong customer-centric approach to business.
- Have high standards in relation to cleanliness, hygiene and facilities presentation
- Have strong team leadership experience, with demonstrated abilities to coach others to improve performance.
- Physically be capable of undertaking the manual labour demands of the role. You will need to perform various manual handling tasks that require a level of physical fitness and ability.
- Require a valid driver’s license.
- A Professional and Positive attitude.
- Extensive experience in the housekeeping industry.
- A hands-on approach to work.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

Overall, we are looking for someone with a capacity to lead by example in the completion of housekeeping duties and supervise a team to achieve daily outcomes. You will be able to prioritise your workload to achieve daily outcomes whilst also understanding the big picture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $46,784.93 - $70,781.39 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
