Situated in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, with views out over the river to Southbank, the ibis Styles Brisbane is a modern, stylish hotel catering for both business and leisure guests. With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City. We are bright, colourful, stylish and due to an internal promotion, we are looking for our next **Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor** **to join our housekeeping division.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Duty Manager in effectively managing all areas of the Housekeeping department. This is a part time role that will require early morning starts and weekend work.

**Duties**
- Check cleaned rooms to ensure they meet hotel standard
- Train and motivate team members on a daily basis
- Ensure room cleaning productivity is monitored and maintained
- Room allocations for all staff on a daily basis
- Assist with lost property requests from guests
- Handle & resolve guest complaints
- Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are met

**Qualifications**
- Previous supervisory experience
- Hotel experience and Opera Cloud desirable
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proven ability to learn & adapt quickly
- Proven ability to work unsupervised
- Efficient time management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
