**Casual Support Worker**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? Synergy Community Services is looking for dedicated **Casual Support Workers** to join our team and help create a better future for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered care and support to clients with diverse needs, including those living with disabilities and mental health challenges.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and community engagement.
- Foster independence and encourage social inclusion for clients in all aspects of their lives.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability, mental health, aged care or community services.
- A current First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
