We are looking for an Educational Leader who shares a commitment to our values in honestly, accountability, excellence, respect, and teamwork. Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will be in a blended role on the floor and off the floor, dedicating time to supporting the teams in enhancing educational practices and guiding and mentoring educators.

**Your Impact**

As Educational Leader, you will:

- Lead the development and implementation of educational programs in line with our OAC Grow Curriculum, EYLF, and NQS.
- Mentor, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning outcomes.
- Foster reflective practice, collaboration, and a culture of growth and profressional inquiry.
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, team, and community.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the centre's quality improvement plan (QIP)

**Your Success**

For this position, we are looking for someone with:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated educational leadership experience.
- Team-based, hands-on, collaborative approach to your practices.
- Ability to communicate and connect with families.
- Deep understanding of the frameworks and regulations
- Availability to work full-time
