About the Role

Our children have spoken – and they're looking for someone "really fun and good at making things" (Miss E, 3) and "like hugs, stories, and music" (Master H, 2).

We're seeking passionate Room Leaders to guide teams across our new Pascoe Vale Centre, opening January 2026. This role is ideal for educators who thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy mentoring peers, and are committed to delivering inquiry-based, high-quality early learning experiences.

What You'll Bring
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Collaborative, reflective, and professional approach
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • (desirable) Knowledge of Inquiry based learning model
