Procurement Officer

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage the PO process
- Manage all RFQ for the business
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are in line with company objectives.
- Identify potential suppliers and conduct supplier evaluations to ensure that they meet the company's requirements.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and maintain a positive relationship with them.
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure that all purchases are made within budget limits.
- Collaborate with other departments to determine procurement needs and priorities.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure that they meet delivery, quality, and cost standards.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management as required.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
