**Support Workers/Care Team required to join our growing care Team for our clients in Coburg area of Melbourne.**

**Multiple shift types are available and we prefer support workers who can be flexible to provide support in-home & support outings as required for the client.**

**These current roles require the ability to work weekday morning shifts (9am onwards) and then return later in the afternoon for a second shift period.**

**ATZ Care is** **Family owned, Family operated and always support & care focused.**

Casual roles are now available and we are also happy to partner with independent contract carers who love being self-employed, but also love having regular secure work by partnering with a larger service provider.

**Requirements**:

- To be considered in this role, we require you to hold:
- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care- NDIS Worker Screening Check- National Police Check- Working with Children Check- First Aid certificate and CPR- NDIS Workers Orientation (preferred)- Eligibility to work in Australia- Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence- Current full Driver’s license
- Competencies and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role - Minimum of 6 months relevant experience- Previous experience supporting People with Disability.- Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.- Ability to prioritise effectively and organise own work / caseload.- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
