**Small Business Manager - Sales focus &**

Our team has been growing over the past years and we are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate, driven and able to manage staff (lead, monitor and ensure things get done).

You will be responsible not only for day to day management of staff but setting strategies to enhance sales, customer service, marketing and growing the business.

During time where you are not managing staff, you will be overseeing our current and past clients and looking into and developing new resellers around Australia.

This truly is an opportunity to be innovate and dynamic in looking at taking the business to the next level.

Must have experience in managing staff (min 5 years), ensuring that KPIs are met and looking to enhance overall business operations - not just focus on 'business as usual'

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moorabbin, VIC 3189: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
