**The opportunity**:
A unique position has become available for a qualified broker to join our broking team at Affinity Insurance Brokers, specialising in the Equine, Adventure and Leisure markets.
Joining our team in Cheltenham, as a Client Executive, you will be directly responsible for the servicing and retention of clients whilst also being involved in a wide range of activities to support our senior leaders in a close knit team environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of client service and effective client relationship management and retention of a growing Equine portfolio
- Completing a variety of broking tasks
- Managing a portfolio of clients while working towards team targets in a very supportive work environment where colleagues share resources and assist one other with cross over business
**About you**:
- We are looking for someone who is Tier 1 qualified (Insurance Diploma preferred). We are also looking for;
- Familiar with Winbeat and Sunrise (or similar broking systems)
- High levels of motivation and a desire to be part of a supportive team environment
- An all-rounder with a passion for the equine industry, who would thrive in a highly professional client servicing environment
- You are a strong team player.
- You will not be phased by exceeding team and personal goals, and wish to thrive in a forward-thinking environment where cultural standards are visibly led by the Client Director
