Odyssey Gaming, a dynamic and innovative leader within the Hospitality Gaming Sector, is seeking a passionate **People & Culture Advisor** to join our Hamilton-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our People & Culture Manager as we embark on a transformative new strategic journey. As a family-owned business, Odyssey Gaming values collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

**About the Role**
As part of our small, high-performing team, this is a true generalist role where you will:

- Support the business with operational HR activities, providing expert advice, knowledge, and governance.
- Engage in and lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and impact.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to solve complex challenges in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
To excel in this role, you will:

- Demonstrate strong experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Showcase excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Provide support across the full employee lifecycle, including attraction and selection, industrial and employee relations, performance management, employee development, and engagement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships across the business.
- Leverage experience with HR systems such as PageUp and Chris21.

- A strong background in Human Resources or a related field.
