**Position Purpose**:
The Education Counsellor helps international students to find a solution together by selecting the right course and institute that suits students’ profile, budget & limitations to ensure you reach your desired goal. Driving the achievement of customer service, satisfaction, retention, and customer success.

**Positions are Available**: Sydney CBD

**Job Types**: Part-time/ Full-time, Immediate start

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design a tailored and effective study plan according to the student's individual situation.
- Liaison between students, parents, and education providers
- Promote other products and services offered by STUDYNET ex; Visa services, OSHC & OVHC & Professional Year.
- Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students
- Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system
- Other relevant student service duties

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent sales track record, working within a high sales KPI & incentive driven environment.
- Vocational or tertiary qualification (Certificate IV and higher desirable)
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
- Understanding of Immigration system/visa pathways.

StudyNet Pty Ltd is expanding team and we are an Australian technology-based international student placement service provider specialising in providing online services and information for potential international students and professionals across the globe to Australia. We specialise in the Australian Higher Education market.

Pay: $55,823.75 - $700,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
