**How will I help?**

Incredible permanent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide efficient and effective coordination to the CEO of BT Financial Group. You will be responsible for event management, forward planning, travel, administration, systems, and relationship management across internal and external business partners. This role acts as the central point of contact for team members across the wider business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collation of documents/packs to support meetings on a daily basis.
- Assist with event planning and management across the team as required.
- Coordination of leadership team key meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation material.
- Prompt handling of internal and external stakeholder requests.
- Composition of correspondence and updating and managing Knowledge Management tools such as team intranet and SharePoint sites.
- General administrative duties, including processing travel and business expenses, reviewing staff reimbursements and allowances for the Leadership Team, reviewing and coordinating payment of accounts - ensuring that these are within policy.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment, particularly within banking & financial services
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
