Our client is adding an additional leader into their WA team, and are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead, develop and coach a portfolio of 10 stores in the southern suburbs of Perth, WA. A great opportunity to join a growing brand and be part of the new era.

**The Job Role**:

- Portfolio of 10+ stores
- Coach and develop Store Retail Leaders and Sales Team
- Understand opportunities and drive results
- Achieve sales budgets and control costs
- Drive profitability through training and store execution
- Encourage a high performance culture within your area
- Understand the market and competitor activity
- Recruit, train and create career paths for your team

**You will Need**:

- Proven leadership experience in leading a portfolio of stores
- Success in a high performance sales environment
- Strong team coaching and time management skills
- Effective and efficient leadership and communication skills
- Experience in driving retail metrics to achieve targets
- Self motivated, positive and energetic leader
- Initiative and solution focused approach
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
